SpeedWhoosh Swing Training Drill
This is the Speed Drill I teach in the very first lesson and all package deals come with a FREE SpeedWhoosh to train with daily. This video was done almost 10 years ago and since I have become a George Gankas student myself my swing has had a dramatic change for the better!
Note to get your half swing to L position and swing it as fast as you can without stopping after swing. Simply slowing go back to L posiion (no reset) and swing it as fast as you can 10 times.
